Terms of Service — Biryani Palace by Niamat
By placing an order with Biryani Palace by Niamat, you agree to the following:
- Instant Delivery orders (Plate/Half Kg) are delivered within an 8 km radius of our kitchen only.
- Family Orders (1 Kg and above) require a minimum 3-hour advance notice and are subject to availability.
- Delivery charges apply based on your location as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability of ingredients or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund issued.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Biryani Palace by Niamat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
