Biryani Palace by Niamat was born from a dream that had been in our hearts long before it became a business.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were given something that many of us rarely have—time to pause, reflect, and explore new possibilities. It was during that period that our founder, Salim Nadaf, decided to pursue a lifelong dream of building something meaningful through entrepreneurship.
While exploring different business opportunities, we discovered the world of cloud kitchens. We were fortunate to learn from experienced industry mentors, whose guidance provided a strong foundation in food entrepreneurship, customer experience, branding, and operational excellence.
His craftsmanship, combined with our commitment to continuous learning and modern customer experience, is what defines every meal we prepare.
Over the past five years, we've continued to learn, experiment, improve, and grow. The journey is still unfolding, and we know there is much more to achieve. Every customer, every order, and every piece of feedback motivates us to become better than we were yesterday.
