Refund & Cancellation Policy — Biryani Palace by Niamat

Instant Delivery Orders (Plate / Half Kg): Once your order is confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations are not accepted. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery via WhatsApp and we will resolve it promptly.

Family Orders (Pre-order — 1 Kg / 2 Kg / 3 Kg / Bulk): Cancellations must be requested at least 2 hours before the confirmed delivery time. Orders cancelled after preparation has started are not eligible for a refund. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
